All products are second hand unless stated otherwise.

Return & Exchange Policy
Most goods purchased in error or unwanted gifts will be exchanged provided they are returned within 2 DAYS.

All returns must be in the condition they were sold and accompanied by the purchase receipt. The exchange is issued as a VOUCHER for the purchase price. We are unable to accept returns that have previously been exchanged.

Items that are excluded from exchange or refund are hardware repairs, operating systems, prodeucts that lock ownership and second hand items.


Warranty Policy
Most second hand goods sold at the gadgets store are covered by a 12-month warranty, exceptions are displayed with the item and on the receipt. In the case the item is faulty, in the first instance The Gadgets Store will repair the item. If it cannot be repaired The Gadgets Store will replace the item.

Goods are only covered under warranty if the following conditions are met:

1. Accompanied by a Valid Proof of Purchase.

2. Includes all the items that were included in the purchase such as manuals, cables, disks, packaging and any other items originally supplied.

3. all returns goods need to be tested and the fault verified before any repair, refund or exchange can be processed. This can take up to 10 working days.

Goods that cannot be accepted are:

1. Goods not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Faulty caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.

3. Repaired by a third party company.




Amazing Warranty

Almost all items in The Gadgets Store are covered by warranty; the duration of this warranty is indicated on the receipt.

  1. The warranty does not cover any accidental damage. This includes liquid damage and viruses.

  2. Items can only be covered under warranty if a valid proof of purchase is provided.

  3. An initial assessment is required that can take up to 14 days. The fault will then either be repaired or the item will be replaced for an item of the same specifications and condition.

  4. The warranty will be void when the item is repaired by any other company besides The Gadgets Store.

  5. The warranty will be void if the item is found damaged.

The Gadgets Store offers a 14-day exchange policy for an item of the same value or more. The returned item must be in the same condition of purchase and must include all accessories.
